Do I like him? Like him? I love him

What’s the first movie I watched from him? School of Rock. Not the best introduction, I know…

How would I rank his movies from best to worst?
Best to weakest**, as I am in the camp that believes that of the films from him that I’ve watched save for his first first (It’s Impossible to Plow…), none would be considered even generally bad.

1. Boyhood

2. Before Sunrise

3. Dazed and Confused

4. Waking Life

5. Before Sunset

6. Before Midnight

7. A Scanner Darkly

8. Bernie

9. Tape

10. SubURbia

11. Slacker

12. Me and Orson Welles

13. The Newton Boys

14. The School of Rock

15. Bad News Bears

16. Fast Food Nation

When I think of my wife, I always think of her head.

Like a child, I picture opening her skull, unspooling her brain and sifting through it, trying to catch and pin down her thoughts. What are you thinking, Amy?

They know I can’t move a finger, and I won’t. I’ll just sit here and be quiet, just in case they do… suspect me. They’re probably watching me. Well, let them. Let them see what kind of a person I am. I’m not even going to swat that fly. I hope they are watching… they’ll see. They’ll see and they’ll know, and they’ll say, “Why, she wouldn’t even harm a fly…”
